Bio:

Jack Hiltyis Managing Principal and founder of SentientPoint, Inc. with over 25 years of experience and has developed and teaches professional training courses in Business Architecture, Process Centric Business Requirements and is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University. Jack is a Certified Business Architect (CBA®), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) and completed the University of Chicago Project Management Strategy certification program. Jack is also past president of the Business Architects Association, (BAA) and is a board member on the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP), and Executives’ Club of Chicago. In 2011, Jack received the prestigious Faculty Excellence Award from Northwestern University School of Continuing Studies.Janice Koerber is Managing Principal of SentientPoint, Inc. and a Certified Business Architect (CBA®) and holds an MBA from The University of Illinois. Janice has developed and teaches professional training courses in Business Architecture and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Chicago. In addition, she has authored, coauthored and edited a number of white papers, articles, presentations and artifacts on a wide variety of topics, including: business architecture, process management and business analysis, and was instrumental in the creation of the Business Architects Association Business Architect (BAA) certification exam
