Bio:Sarah Haider, P.E., PMP, is the Project Systems Manager for Siemens Oil & Gas. Sarah is an expert in Program and Portfolio Management, Organizational Change Management and development of Program Management Offices. She has twenty years experience and has led and managed projects, both locally and internationally, in a variety of industries including oil and gas, chemical, power generation and distribution, utilities, government, telecommunications, land development, and non-profit organizations. Sarah promotes project based organizations and takes the time to develop leaders in the industry. She works closely with her clients and staff utilizing her expertise in Organizational Development, Project and Portfolio Management, Engineering, Financial and Contract Management to design solutions and deliver the desired results.Sarah Haider graduated with a B.S. (Hons.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Rice University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, U.S.A. She is also a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Colorado. Sarah is an active member of the Project Management Institute and a Certified Project Management Professional. She is also a Senior Member of the Society of Women Engineers and formerly served as Leadership Coach for the Gulf Coast Region.
