In addition, Frank is licensed as an Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, as well as an Illinois Real Estate Brokerage. Frank has operated a consulting business, Frank Fons Inc., since January, 2010. Efforts are focused in business architecture, project management, financial analysis, systematic and consultative sales, relationship management, training, and business reorganization.

With over 25 years of business experience, primarily in the financial services, software, and health care industries, Frank has acted in sales and consulting capacities, directing change management for customers who were acquired, and process changes for system conversions. He also participated in several new product and service pilot programs, managing the relationships with participating customers to deliver mutual benefits.

The current role involves business architecture and project management efforts at State Farm to engage its customers in a consistent, personalized manner, regardless of communication channel.  The goal is to provide relevant messaging, taking advantage of available collaborative technologies, including mobile devices.

Other significant recent prior project management work included work at several banks which have been acquired or acquired other institutions, and the redesign and implementation of CRM for a credit insurance agency to streamline cross-selling, ordering, and invoicing for policies and credit information and collection services offered by the agency.

While not occupied in work, Frank enjoys participating in a book club, traveling, tennis, cooking, and volunteering.
