Sharon Morris, PMP, will be speaking about “Team Dynamics “. Ms. Sharon Morris received her PMP certification in 2006. She served on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery Chapter of PMI from 2007 to 2010 and attended the PMI Region 14 Leadership conference in Atlanta in 2007 and in South Carolina in 2009. Sharon was awarded the IT Professional Services Award of Excellence for starting a PMI Roundtable Group for Colonial Bank. Sharon has over 20 years of banking experience and is currently working on a systems conversion project for BBVA Compass Bank in Birmingham, Alabama.
